Customer Service Specialist with French
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing daily communications with professionalism and care.
Oversee the entire order processing cycle, ensuring accuracy from entry to delivery using SAP.
Track order statuses and shipments, monitoring stock levels and delivery performance.
Address order discrepancies, urgent requests, and service challenges effectively.
Collaborate with various teams, including sales, supply chain, and production, to facilitate seamless operations.
Manage customer credit limits, proactively reporting any risks or disputes.
Anticipate customer needs to enhance service quality and prevent issues before they arise.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or order management roles.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
Excellent organizational abilities and problem-solving skills.
A customer-focused attitude with keen attention to detail.
Fluent in both English and French.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and prioritizing effectively.
