Junior Back Office Specialist (Spanish & Portuguese)
As a Junior Back Office Operations Specialist, you will be part of a team responsible for reviewing and processing online content to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards. This is an entry-level, back-office role focused on administrative and analytical tasks, ideal for candidates starting their professional career.
Your Responsibilities:
Review user reports related to website content
Analyze and classify content in line with compliance policies
Make accurate, well-balanced decisions based on defined procedures
Flag discrepancies and support inquiry resolution
Use market-specific knowledge to improve user support
Review sensitive content, which may occasionally include graphic or disturbing material
Requirements:
Portuguese and Spanish at minimum C1 level
English at B2 level
Availability to work in a 24/7 shift system from the office (two days off per week)
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Good organizational and time management skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
Neutral and professional mindset when reviewing various types of content
Good written and verbal communication skills
