Vendor and Workforce Operations SME for a Global Banking Client
About the Role: A global banking client is seeking a Vendor and Workforce Operations SME to join their Global Defense - Cybersecurity Engineering team. This role is essential in managing vendor relationships and workforce operations, including tracking performance, managing contracts, coordinating mandatory training, and supporting global recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor operations, including task tracking and performance reviews.
- Manage contract processes and facilitate approvals.
- Track mandatory training and workforce furloughs.
- Monitor travel and entertainment costs.
- Support global recruitment activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience,
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of PowerBI or Confluence is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
