Treasury & Intrastat Specialist with German

ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for a Candidate for a position of 

Treasury & Intrastat Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

1. Collect, analyze, and report data on the movement of goods between member states of the European Union
2. Verify the accuracy and completeness of data submitted for Intrastat declarations, resolving any discrepancies or errors.
3. Stay up-to-date with relevant regulations and guidelines pertaining to Intrastat reporting in German-speaking territories, ensuring adherence to all legal requirements.
4. Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
5. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing guidance and support on Intrastat-related matters as needed.
6.  Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Intrastat transactions and reporting activities.
7. Handle the processing of payments, including verifying invoices, preparing payment batches, validation and executing payments.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in German language (written and spoken) is essential.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including MS Excel and ERP systems.
7. Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
