Role Overview:
As a TA Partner at Aristocrat, you will be the central point of contact for all talent acquisition activities, responsible for managing a full recruitment lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with hiring teams to develop effective recruitment strategies. In this role, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide valuable guidance on talent assessment and selection, ensuring an inclusive and effective recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with hiring teams, offering insights and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as a trusted advisor, adapting recruitment strategies for unique, high-demand roles.
- Lead strategy, debrief, and feedback sessions with candidates and hiring teams to create a streamlined and positive experience.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, attracting, engaging, screening, hiring, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop tailored sourcing strategies using a variety of tools, from proactive outreach and internet searches to professional networks.
- Screen and engage candidates thoughtfully, aligning talent with Aristocrat’s goals and values while fostering a welcoming candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a diverse, high-quality pipeline of talent for both current and future needs.
- Leverage recruitment data and analytics to inform and educate hiring teams, contributing valuable insights that support hiring decisions.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with applicable laws and best practices in global talent acquisition.
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, balancing speed, quality, and inclusivity to enhance candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience with full-cycle recruiting, with at least 1+ year in-house in a global or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a collaborative recruitment role, with a strong track record of building relationships across varied levels of an organization.
- Skilled communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build positive and constructive relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using Boolean searches, social networks, and a range of other sourcing tools.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable, with a commitment to enhancing recruitment processes for both speed and quality.
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working with recruitment data and insights, with experience using analytics tools.
