One of Assembly’s core capabilities is Digital Commerce — a growing, high-impact practice represented by around 450 professionals globally. Our Digital Commerce experts bridge the gap between media and commerce to close the performance loop.We design performance-led strategies, elevate brand experiences, and amplify creative impact across every digital touchpoint — all powered by bespoke AI and technology solutions – to drive better media performance, stronger conversion, and omnichannel growth.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Lead development and execution of Digital Commerce strategy across multiple global accounts, including some of the world’s biggest brands across FMCG, Beauty and Tech industries.
Build and execute strategies that strengthen brand presence across Digital Commerce channels such as E-retail, Marketplaces, DTC or Social Media.
Design global toolkits, frameworks, and playbooks that scale to dozens of markets.
Bridge commerce, content, and media to drive better brand performance.
Manage and mentor a team of 1–3 Strategy Consultants, ensuring excellence in delivery.
Partner with senior client stakeholders through workshops and inspiration sessions.
Support business development by identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and co-creating new offerings

Building though leadership and trust with senior clients
Shaping new strategic offerings in a fast-changing commerce + media environment.
What you’ll need to succeed:
7+ years in strategy roles across digital commerce, e-retail, or brand building (agency and/or client-side).
Proven success in leading complex, multi-market projects from insight to execution.
Strong understanding of E-commerce and Digital ecosystems and how content drives performance.
Confident in presenting, facilitating workshops, and influencing senior stakeholders.
Experience managing or mentoring teams, with a collaborative leadership style.
Proficiency in English
