Your role

The role is primarily to support and manage day-to-day finance and accounting processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of financial data and supporting business operations in Poland. 

Your tasks

• Manage and verify day‑to‑day accounting transactions in accordance with internal procedures and applicable accounting standards

• Resolve AP queries and escalations

• Monitor KPIs

• Support the monthly and annual closing financial processes by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation

• Cooperate closely with the reporting team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial data.

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting procedures, including activities related to the implementation of KSeF

• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Accounting Manager

Your profile

• 4+ years of professional experience in accounting or financial reporting and analysis

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS

• Demonstrated ability to independently manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

• Finance background, strong analytical skills with high attention to detail

• Experience and very strong end-to-end process knowledge within Record-to-Analize and/or Procure-to-Pay

• Experience in creation and implementation of new solutions within finance processes, continuous improvement and innovation mindset and experience with provided benefits to the processes
