RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coaching and mentoring your team to meet quality and performance goals
Managing schedules, productivity, and ensuring smooth daily operations
Leading team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews
Supporting training plans and development initiatives
Ensuring compliance with Polish labour law and internal standards
Building strong relationships and fostering a positive team spirit
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience in similar role
Fluency in German (C1) and English (B2)
Solid understanding of Polish labour law, especially working time, employee rights, and disciplinary procedures
A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
Organisational talent and analytical thinking
A respectful, service-oriented approach to leadership
Ability to build trust and motivate others
