  • You will enjoy all the modern tools in sourcing and applicant tracking such as Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Zoom, etc.
  • Be provided access to our networks for talent management opportunities


Job Details: 

  • Work with sourcing and applicant tracking tools effectively to attract appropriate talent
  • Evaluate interviews and select potential candidates with skillsets which align with the roles we seek
  • Perform preliminary interview to qualify the candidates to move to the next level of interviews
  • Assist in the technical review and assessment process for new candidates
  • Coordinate interviews with key personnel within Capstone
  • Keep candidates “warm” who may not be an immediate fit but potentially in the future
  • Post new jobs on the appropriates websites; keep Capstone’s recruiting/candidate page current


Your Background: 

  • 5+ years previous experience in talent management for software engineers /developers and/or high-level technical talent
  • Management experience in a similar role 
  • Experience and proficiency in talent management tools (e.g., Breezy HR, LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, Greenhouse, or equivalent)
  • Proficient in standard corporate Desktop tools 
  • C1 Spoken and written English


About you: 

First and foremast, you are outgoing and personable because you are the first contact with potential new hires. You are a highly motivated self-starter that does not require a lot of management in executing your role. You are also proactive, so time doesn’t lag during the process of hiring a quality individual. Staying in touch and keeping potential candidates warm for future hires is one of your fortes. Being able to quickly analyze a quality candidate versus someone who may not be a fit is essential to the success of this role. You are excited to be working in a growing company where your role is key and are comfortable working with senior executives and board members of the company. 

Salary:

16 000 - 20 000
