IT Helpdesk Support
We are looking for IT support for a short-term project, starting immediately until March 6.
Your responsibilities
Providing first-line technical support for Windows and macOS systems
Supporting network connectivity tasks, such as retrieving MAC addresses and enabling/disabling wireless network cards
Replacing cables and connecting adapters when necessary
Our requirements
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Communicative level of English
Accuracy and responsibility in task execution
Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00–16:00, plus occasional late shifts 12:00–20:00.
Willingness to work occasional weekends
