Senior Performance Marketing Manager
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead CIC’s paid media strategy across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other digital platforms. This role will serve our US and EU centers as internal “clients,” ensuring their goals are translated into effective advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and practitioner, able to drive measurable growth, optimize spend, and provide insights that shape our overall marketing efforts.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
In this role, reporting to CIC’s Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll act as the go-to performance marketing expert for CIC centers in the US and EU. Your days will be spent planning and executing paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms; analyzing results and making real-time optimizations; and partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns meet their goals. You’ll balance hands-on campaign management with strategic guidance, treating each center like a client while keeping CIC’s global growth objectives in focus.
Act as a trusted advisor to CIC centers and regions, ensuring their business goals are understood and reflected in campaigns, working to develop multi-channel paid media plans (search, social, display, video, etc.) and identifying growth opportunities.
Develop proposed copy and creative strategies for paid campaigns.
Conduct audience and keyword research to ensure precise targeting.
Optimize campaigns across audiences, landing pages, creative, budgets, and bids to maximize ROI while also implementing proper tracking parameters to ensure data accuracy.
Coordinate with platform reps and vendors to troubleshoot issues and uncover opportunities.
Develop clear, data-driven reports that link campaign performance to business goals, extract actionable insights, and proactively share updates and recommendations with local teams.
Maintain accurate budget tracking, communicating under/overspend risks early.
Foster collaboration with marketing colleagues to ensure paid efforts complement broader strategies.
YOU HAVE
C2-level English proficiency (native-level fluency) is required, both written and spoken.
7+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, and Video.
Proven track record managing paid advertising budgetsExperience directing strategy for B2B lead generation campaigns.
Strong understanding of paid search tactics including match types, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and conversion tracking.
Demonstrated experience with A/B testing across ad copy, creatives, headlines, CTAs, landing pages, and audience segments.
Familiarity with advanced Google Ads campaign types (Performance Max, Demand Gen, YouTube, App Campaigns) in addition to traditional search.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and strong presentation skills (able to clearly translate data into actionable insights for senior audiences).
Comfortable using bid management platforms (e.g. Skai, Marin) to optimize performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to advise both internal “clients” (local centers/regions) and senior leadership.
Strong interest in AI and automation, with openness to experimenting with tools and workflows that create efficiencies in reporting, optimization, and insights.
Proficiency on Google Analytics and HubSpot.
