Opportunity Overview

As an Employer Branding Specialist, you will own and shape how the world sees Cloudfide as a place to work. You'll be the creative force behind how we show up, what we say, and how we make people feel about joining our team.

This is a role for someone who brings fresh energy, bold ideas, and a willingness to try things that haven't been done before. We're not looking for someone who follows the playbook - we're looking for someone who rewrites it.

Your Responsibilities

• Developing and executing a comprehensive employer branding strategy that builds Cloudfide's visibility and recognition among tech talent across Poland and internationally.

• Creating compelling content that tells the story of what it's like to work at Cloudfide - our culture, our people, our projects, and our successes.

• Working closely with the People team (Recruitment & HR) to align employer branding efforts with hiring goals and candidate experience.

• Collaborating directly with our C-level leadership to build and maintain a strong personal brand presence on LinkedIn and beyond.

• Representing Cloudfide at job fairs, industry events, IT meetups, and university partnerships - putting our name in front of the right people in the right rooms.

• Building and nurturing relationships with universities and student communities to create a pipeline of future talent.

• Experimenting with new formats, channels, and ideas - from unconventional social media approaches to creative event concepts - and measuring what works.

• Staying on top of trends in employer branding, talent marketing, and the IT industry to keep Cloudfide ahead of the curve.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in employer branding, marketing, HR communications, or a related field - whether from a job, internship, or your own projects.

• A creative, entrepreneurial mindset - you don't wait to be told what to do, you come with ideas and make them happen.

• Strong content creation and storytelling skills - written, visual, or both.

• Comfort with LinkedIn and social media as professional branding tools.

• Genuine curiosity about the IT industry - you don't need to be a developer, but you need to understand the world our candidates live in.

• Excellent Polish and English communication skills - we operate in both languages.

• Energy, openness, and the drive to build something from the ground up.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with or within IT companies, software houses, or tech startups.

• Familiarity with personal branding strategies for executives or thought leaders.

• Experience organizing or co-organizing events, meetups, or campus activities.

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe) or video content creation.

• Existing connections within the Polish or European tech community.
