Sales Development Representative

We are now looking for a Sales Development Representative who will actively identify and initiate contact with potential clients. This role is perfect for someone with a “hunter” mindset, experience in B2B sales, and strong business curiosity. You will build the first point of contact, conduct discovery conversations, and hand-qualified leads to our Senior Business Consultants.
Your daily tasks will include:
☁️ Outbound Prospecting: Identify potential clients matching our ICP, reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and craft personalized messaging for decision-makers.
☁️ First Contact & Relationship Building: Present our value clearly and concisely, making a strong first impression and nurturing long-term relationships.
☁️ Discovery Calls: Conduct structured calls to understand client needs, challenges, and business context; qualify leads for potential collaboration.
☁️ Scheduling Strategic Meetings: Pass qualified leads to Senior Business Consultants with detailed discovery notes for smooth handover.
☁️ Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM data (HubSpot, Salesforce, Livespace), document interactions, update statuses, and track insights.
☁️ Marketing Collaboration: Share market feedback, help optimize outbound campaigns, and contribute to messaging and strategy.
☁️ Engagement & Innovation: Test new narratives, sequences, channels, and tools; co-create campaigns with the Team Lead and Sales team.
You will succeed in this role if you have:
⭐️ 2–3+ years of experience as SDR, BDR, or in B2B sales (e-commerce, IT, SaaS, marketing).
⭐️ Proven outbound prospecting experience and excellent communication skills.
⭐️ Ability to actively listen, ask the right questions, and understand business models.
⭐️ Goal-oriented mindset, self-motivation, and determination to deliver results.
⭐️ Strong organization skills and time management.
⭐️ CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Livespace) and English B2+.
It would be nice if you have:
⭐️ Familiarity with Apollo, Reply.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
⭐️ A “can-do” attitude and hunter mindset.
Key KPIs:
☁️ Number of MQLs generated from outbound activities.
☁️ MQL → SAL conversion rate.
☁️ Effectiveness of outbound sequences (reply rate, booking rate).
☁️ Data hygiene and completeness in CRM.
