What’s the role about?

Are you a driven and strategic sales professional with a passion for tech? In this role, you’ll lead our business development efforts in international markets, owning the prospecting, communication and lead generation activities.

You'll connect with decision-makers from VCs and startups to showcase our offerings and open doors in markets like Germany, Austria, the UK, France, and the USA.


Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience: 5+ years of success in selling software services or IT consulting.

  • Startup & VC familiarity: You know how to approach high-potential startups and understand VC dynamics.

  • Software house experience: You understand how custom software projects work.

  • International know-how: Comfortable navigating sales in markets like Germany, Austria, the UK, France, or the USA.

  • Excellent English (C1/C2): Fluent communication is key. German or French is a plus!

  • Industry insight: Experience in at least one of our target sectors: Defense, MedTech, Heavy Industry, or IIoT.

  • Hunter mindset: You’re proactive, strategic, and love opening new doors.

  • Great communicator: You can explain complex tech in simple terms and negotiate high-value deals.

  • CRM-savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems for tracking and reporting.

  • Professional & resilient: You build trust, stay focused, and keep going - even when it gets tough.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our presence in key regions.

  • Identify and qualify potential clients in Defense, MedTech, Industrial IoT, and among well-funded startups.

  • Manage everything from outreach to proposals and negotiations.

  • Connect with C-level execs and tech decision-makers from VCs and startups to build long-term partnerships.

  • Communicate our value clearly — show how our team can solve complex tech challenges.

  • Collaborate with delivery and tech experts to create tailored proposals.

  • Track market trends, competitor moves, funding opportunities, and relevant geopolitical changes.

  • Keep your sales pipeline up to date using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
