About the department
Our ERP Finance team is part of the broader ERP Solutions area within our Digital, Data & IT department. You’ll join a group of seven colleagues based in Denmark, Poland, and Belgium, working within a wider ERP organization spread across six European countries. No matter where you are located, your new team and colleagues will never feel too far away, since we are used to collaborating remotely.In ERP Finance solutions, we cover all finance modules in JDE EnterpriseOne as well as third-party solutions such as Concur (TEM), Alusta (PO workflow), and BCM (Bank Cash Module).
About the job
As the new ERP Team Leader, you’ll take on the people management of an international team within the ERP Finance Solutions area. You will also play a key role in shaping and maintaining the roadmap for activities and priorities across the finance domain - working closely with stakeholders to align on continuous improvements and approved projects. Additionally, when relevant, you will act as the IT Owner for selected applications within your area of responsibility. Your responsibilities
Lead all aspects of people management, including reviews, audits, one-on-one meetings, hiring, and terminations in collaboration with the Head of ERP
Foster a motivated, results-driven team focused on business value creation
Drive continuous improvement and resolve recurring issues on E1 platforms
Engage proactively with stakeholders and act as a trusted business partner for process improvements
Ensure competency sharing for team resilience and future-readiness
Support people’s growth through mentoring and a strong culture of learning and knowledge sharing
Ensure best practices for E1 in your projects by participating proactively in workshops, identifying issues and solutions, and working closely with the project manager to create realistic timelines
Review improvement suggestions for E1 design and processes from colleagues, prioritize them, build business cases, and carry out improvement projects
Produce high quality documentation (user training, change/design requests etc.)
Utilize new E1 technologies, like orchestrator, UDO’s, E1 pages and BIP Reports
Mentor the team while maintaining operational oversight and ensuring smooth daily operations
Your Background and Experience
We’re looking for a professional with several years of experience working with ERP systems (preferably JDE EnterpriseOne) ideally in international environments. This experience may come from a consulting background or from participating in multiple E1 project deployments. In addition, you have a proactive mindset, and you are driven by continuous improvement. Since we operate as One IT globally, fluent English is essential for collaboration across countries.
Moreover, we imagine that you have:
Experience in international organizations and cross-border teams
Strong business acumen, with a solid understanding of finance and IT processes
Proven people management experience with highly skilled employees
Project management experience
ERP systems expertise
CPA or CFA certification will be an advantage, but not required
Competences:
Strong commitment to developing people and leading high-performing teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Structured work approach with the ability to multitask
Strong communication skills and fluent English for seamless international collaboration
Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
