Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join us on a replacement employment contract basis (umowa na zastępstwo with the job title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist). Ideally, you’ll be available to join us very soon, but we’re open to the right timeline for the right person. This is a hybrid role that will require in-person presence in our Wroclaw office 1-2 times a week, to be agreed upon with your future manager.
This role goes beyond traditional recruitment - while you’ll own technical talent acquisition in both our locations, Poland and the UK, your responsibilities will also extend into broader talent management and resourcing initiatives. You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top talent. From building long-term relationships with niche experts across Europe to improving internal processes and exploring external partnerships, you’ll be key to keeping us one step ahead.
Working at a mid-sized IT consulting company comes with its challenges. The priorities change weekly, new processes are built on the fly, you learn new things every day. It takes the right personality to thrive here – you need to be curious, smart, easily adaptable and very flexible. Is it you?
What You’ll Be Doing
Talent Management & Resourcing Support
- Take ownership of our internal resourcing tool: guide updates, support our engineers in keeping their professional profiles up-to-date, and collaborate with the technical team developing the tool
- Conduct advanced, proactive sourcing for niche roles before vacancies are opened
- Perform advanced reseach activities on talent-management related topics
- Support internal company projects & initiatives, not necessarily related to talent acquisition or talent management topics
- Actively seek external opportunities to deploy available team members on short-term or strategic projects through collaboration with partner companies
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for highly technical roles in Poland and the UK
- Work closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders and the interviewing team in both our locations
- Research trends and salary benchmarks, and report actionable insights
- Use modern recruitment tools like Workable and LinkedIn Recruiter to source & manage candidates
- Maintain and develop your network through our database and direct outreach
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth process for candidates and hiring managers
- Collaborate with recruitment agencies and job boards; occasionally represent the company during on-site industry events
- Create and promote job ads in cooperation with international business and engineering teams
What You Need to Bring
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with exposure to both sourcing and stakeholder collaboration
- Very good understanding of the IT market and its trends
- Strong ability to discuss IT technologies, tools, platforms and methodologies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English and Polish (written and spoken)
- Hands-on experience working in an international company
- Proven track record in using sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow) to engage technical talent
- Proactive, self-driven mindset with a focus on long-term talent pipeline development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across recruitment, internal resourcing support, and talent management tasks
- Comfort working independently and navigating ambiguity in a dynamic environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in a mid-sized IT consulting company or software house
- Familiarity with embedded software roles or niche engineering skill sets
- Experience working with internal resourcing or talent tools, with a hands-on approach to driving adoption and improvements
- Background in initiating or supporting external partnerships related to talent engagement or strategic staffing
- Strong organizational skills and an interest in process optimization and research
What We'll Give You in Return
- A salary of 9,000 – 10,000 PLN gross/month
- Replacement employment contract (umowa na zastępstwo)
- A company bonus scheme (dependent on company business results)
- Entry into our Employee Ownership scheme
- 26 days' holiday as a standard for all
- 3 sick days off paid 100% every time you are ill, no need for L4 to cover this
- A broad benefits' package including private medical care and a cafeteria of benefits
- Opportunities to train, develop and grow, as well as learn from talented colleagues
- Hybrid work mode with flexibility in your working hours and home office
- A modern office space in the center of Wrocław
