Opis stanowiska

At Cyclad, we collaborate with leading international companies to support their growth by delivering high-quality IT services and outsourcing solutions. We are now strengthening our Sales Department and are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Developer who will be responsible for developing business and maintaining long-term client relationships within the French and Benelux markets.

If you have experience in IT services sales—particularly in France or the Benelux region — enjoy working in a multicultural environment, and want to directly influence the company’s success, this role is for you!


 

Job context:

  • Industry: IT Consulting / IT Outsourcing

  • Location: Warsaw or Katowice (Hybrid)

  • Working model: Hybrid (2/3  on-site/remote)

  • Market focus: France & Benelux

  • Work languages: English (C1), French (C1); Polish is a plus

  • Business travel: Trips to France approx. once per month

  • Employment type: B2B/ Employment contract

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities in France and the Benelux region.

  • Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Selling IT services, including body leasing, team leasing, success fee models, and project-based solutions.

  • Collaborating closely with operational teams in France, Poland and Morocco to deliver the best tailored solutions for clients.

  • Acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and technical experts.

  • Working together with Technical Experts to develop proposals and deliver optimized technical solutions.

  • Conducting market research, identifying trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.

  • Meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and analyzing performance indicators.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT services sales.

  • Experience in IT outsourcing / body leasing / team leasing is highly welcomed.

  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current market trends.

  • Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) —mandatory.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.

  • Proactive mindset, self-driven attitude, and strong business orientation.

  • Availability for monthly business trips to France.
