Opis stanowiska

If you:

  • are studying or have graduated in Psychology, Management, Sociology, Administration, or related fields;

  • are interested in HR and would like to gain your first experience in Talent Acquisition;

  • have strong organizational and communication skills;

  • are proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);

  • communicate confidently in English and Polish;

  • can commit to working at least 32 hours per week;

Your future role

Your Tasks:

  • Active and creative candidate search: Identify ideal candidates through social media and direct outreach.

  • Close collaboration: Work tightly with the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to clearly understand needs and find the best talent.

  • Candidate Experience: Build positive candidate experiences at every stage of recruitment—because every conversation matters!

  • Engagement in projects: Participate in diverse projects and initiatives within the Talent Team to develop your skills and gain practical experience.

  • Deloitte brand building: Strengthen Deloitte's market presence by participating in employer branding projects and job fairs.

Selection process

Recruitment Process:

Stage 1: Submit your CV (PDF/Word) in Polish or English.

Stage 2: Solve online tests.

Stage 3: Phone call with HR (30 mins)

Stage 4: HR interview(s)—1 or 2 meetings.

Stage 5: Welcome aboard!

The entire recruitment process will take approximately one month.
