The role
We are currently rebuilding our commercial engine and this role is a key part of that.
We are not a company with a fully built sales machine, inbound leads flowing automatically, or a large marketing department. What we do have is strong delivery and satisfied clients and real business problems we solve well;
The overall sales direction and strategic assumptions are already defined, but we are actively looking for a partner, not just an executor. You will work closely with management to:
validate the strategy in practice;
improve it based on market feedback;
and help shape how we go to market.
Responsibilities
You will be proactively developing new business opportunities on the Polish IT market, identifying potential clients and building a strong sales pipeline;
You will be selling IT services and outsourcing solutions to mid-sized and large organizations, tailoring offers to their business and technology needs;
You will be leading sales conversations with key decision-makers, managing the entire sales process from first contact through negotiation to deal closure;
You will be actively representing the company at IT conferences, industry events, and networking meetings, strengthening brand presence and market recognition;
You will be building and leveraging a strong personal network within the Polish IT ecosystem to generate long-term business opportunities;
You will be working closely with management to continuously refine and improve the sales strategy based on market insights and client feedback;
You will be building long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to expand and deepen ongoing cooperation.
What you will be measured on (KPIs)
Quality and volume of meaningful sales conversations;
New business opportunities generated on the Polish market;
Closed deals and contribution to business growth;
Level of engagement and visibility in the IT market (events, conferences, relationships);
Impact on improving and shaping the sales strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B business development or sales, ideally in IT services, outsourcing, or technology consulting;
Strong understanding of how IT services are sold (complex offerings, longer sales cycles);
Solid network within the Polish IT market — existing client or partner relationships are a strong advantage;
Willingness to actively participate in conferences, industry events, and business networking;
Highly proactive, independent, and results-oriented mindset;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills;
Comfortable working closely with management and co-creating and refining the sales strategy.

Salary for work amounting to 16 000 - 20 000 PLN + VAT on B2B;
