Our client is a fast-growing company operating in the iGaming and technology sector, delivering innovative digital products and solutions for international partners. The company combines business, product, and technology expertise to build scalable platforms and support dynamic growth in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for an experienced Delivery Manager who will be responsible for coordinating and successfully delivering key business, product, and technology initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, strategic initiatives, and product roadmaps. The position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, identify risks, support decision-making processes, and maintain effective communication between cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Experience managing multiple parallel projects and priorities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Ownership mindset with strong delivery focus

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Good understanding of software development and delivery processes

• Experience working with Jira, roadmaps, backlogs, and status reporting

• Experience in product, IT, gaming, or technology environments will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating the delivery of strategic initiatives and projects

• Monitoring progress, timelines, risks, and dependencies

• Supporting collaboration between business, product, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams

• Creating and maintaining delivery plans, schedules, and roadmaps

• Coordinating release planning and implementations

• Reporting project statuses, risks, delays, and recommendations to stakeholders and management

• Supporting operational and strategic decision-making processes

• Improving delivery processes and cross-functional collaboration

• Ensuring transparency of priorities, responsibilities, and project statuses

• Supporting the organization in building operational excellence and ownership culture
