Summary: The role involves serving as a Subject Matter Expert in a Citrix-based cloud VDI environment, focusing on Citrix DaaS on Azure, while holding operational ownership of the platform and overseeing architectural and operational governance.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the domain expert for the entire cloud and existing on-premises VDI landscape

• Hold operative ownership of the Citrix platform in terms of architecture governance and operating model

• Define and approve SOPs within the VDI domain

• Oversee operational quality related to platform management

• Make decisions regarding changes impacting stability, security, and performance

• Coordinate VDI related initiatives and transformations

• Collaborate with bank units (security, network, compliance, architecture, etc.)

• Work with vendors on roadmap and technical alignment

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Citrix Virtual Desktops and Apps

• Experience with Citrix DaaS / Flex and both persistent and non-persistent solutions

• Design of image management model

• Enterprise-level VDI architecture design

• Understanding of control plane and resource location dependencies

• Capacity planning and performance analysis

• Designing Azure environments for VDI workloads

• Azure networking architecture expertise

• Understanding of Zero Trust principles

• Minimum 8 years hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and evolving Citrix-based VDI environments
