Opis stanowiska

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive lead engagement and pipeline generation across digital channels. This role will focus on executing data-driven marketing campaigns, optimizing paid media, and leveraging marketing automation tools to generate and convert high-quality leads.


The ideal candidate is an expert in digital advertising, SEO, and website optimization.


Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and content syndication) to drive MQLs and SQLs.
  • Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data analysis.
  • Develop landing pages, email nurture sequences, and conversion paths to improve lead generation.
  • Manage paid advertising budgets and measure ROI for different acquisition channels.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Lead SEO strategy, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and backlink outreach.
  • Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO to improve organic search rankings.

Marketing Automation

  • Set up, manage, and optimize lead nurture workflows using HubSpot.
  • Work with sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment between marketing and sales funnels.
  • Monitor and improve lead scoring models and segmentation strategies.

Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Ensure attribution and tracking is set up correctly across channels.
  • Measure and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights.

Content & Social Media Management

  • Coordinate the creation and publishing of blog posts, webinars, case studies, and email newsletters, and assist with content repurposing.
  • Manage social posts and monitor engagement.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong English writing and communication skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Expertise in HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads is a requirement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a requirement.
  • Familiarity with intent data platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely with international teams is a plus.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
