Job Title: Sales Development Specialist


Location: Poland (hybrid), with collaboration with Team Members in Czech Republic, Romania, and additional markets as Envirly expands.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, generating leads, and executing targeted outreach campaigns to build a robust pipeline. You’ll work closely with our Sales Operations Manager to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to support Envirly’s growth across multiple markets. This is an ideal role for a driven individual who is ready to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, lead lists, and strategic outreach to potential clients in Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, and other future markets.
  • Outreach Campaigns: Design and execute outbound lead generation campaigns, including automated and personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and other targeted strategies.
  • Cold Calling and Outreach: Engage in cold calling and cold LinkedIn outreach to initiate meaningful conversations and introduce Envirly’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery calls to understand potential clients’ needs, qualify leads, and assess alignment with Envirly’s services.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, track progress, and report on key metrics to optimize the sales process.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, share insights, and drive continuous improvement in lead generation strategies.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and target customer profiles to enhance outreach and qualification effectiveness.


 Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role with a strong focus on outbound lead generation and cold calling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Driven and Results-Oriented: Motivated by achieving goals, building relationships, and contributing to business growth.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools; experience in setting up automated outreach campaigns is a plus.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation strategies.
  • Adaptable and Flexible: Comfortable working across multiple markets with different languages and business cultures.
