What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be responsible for the entire process of project delivery.
  • You will keep your team motivated and constantly learning.
  • You’ll come over boundaries you meet to continuously improve processes around you. 
  • Your role will also focus on building and maintaining good relations with our clients. You will support them in making key project decisions, you will suggest new solutions that might positively impact the realization of their business goals. 
  • You’ll be part of the Enxoo community, so you’ll be expected to share your knowledge and experience with other project heads.
If you:

  • Have proven experience with Scrum and understanding of Agile values.
  • Have minimum 2 years of experience in managing commercial IT projects and interdisciplinary teams of minimum 5 members.
  • Have a good understanding of the software delivery process.
  • Have an excellent command of English (C1)
  • Are familiar with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Have a certificate to prove your competencies as project manager, scrum master or product owner (appreciated but not necessary).
  • Have an experience with Salesforce projects or releases (appreciated but not necessary).
