Opportunity type: Part-time engagement (min. 25 hours/week) with flexible working hours

What will you be doing?

This is a role where you will support the People Team in day-to-day operations. Your main focus will be:

● Recruitment support: Managing job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews. You’ll be the first point of contact for our future talents.

● Training & Learning support: Supporting the organization of internal trainings, including coordinating schedules and participants, maintaining up-to-date learning materials, and tracking participation and results through reporting.

● Event & Logistics coordination: Organizing internal events and integration initiatives - from logistics and vendor coordination to managing attendance and ensuring a smooth experience for participants.

● Data Management & Systems: Managing employee data and keeping our HR systems accurate, organized, and up to date, while partnering with the Payroll Team on documentation-related matters.

● Learning the Ropes: Participating in and learning about other HR areas, such as Employer Branding, Internal Communication or Performance Management as you grow within the team.

● Education & passion: You are a student in your final years or a recent graduate with a degree in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Management, or a related field. Most importantly, you are genuinely passionate about People Operations and want to build your long-term career in this area.

● AI proficiency: You are fluent in using AI tools to work smarter, faster, and more creatively.

● Natural communicators: You have bags of positive energy, you are highly communicative, and you naturally enjoy helping others and solving problems.

● Growth mindset: You are hungry for knowledge, ready to learn the "ins and outs" of the HRprofession, and eager to take on increasing responsibility.

● Organizational ninjas: You are well-organized, proactive, and ready to propose optimizations rather than just following a manual.

● Language skills: You are fluent in both Polish and English.
