About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with German to join our newly created team that will be responsible for assessing clients’ requests and our company liability based on the provided documentation and policy terms and conditions.


How you will get the job done

  • processing incoming and outgoing communications with policyholders and customer personnel related to claims settlement
  • verifying policy terms and conditions required for a specific case
  • identifying and processing simple claims
  • complying with data protection, security and corporate standards


Skills and experience you will need

  • fluency in English
  • very good written knowledge of German (C1)
  • experience in customer services/finance/insurance area
  • strong negotiation and communication skills with a focus on empathic approach, listening skills and attention to details
  • knowledge of MS Office tools
  • openness and customer needs orientation, with ability to build solid professional relations
