Operations Manager

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and build the processes, structures, and automations that will power our growth. What you’ll do

• Design and implement processes, workflows, and organizational structures to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

• Build and optimize team structures, clarifying roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.

• Identify areas for automation and introduce the right tools to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.

• Ensure new processes and structures are adopted effectively, providing clear documentation and guidance for teams.

• Facilitate cross-team communication, ensuring alignment, transparency, and smooth collaboration.

• Collaborate with leadership to translate business goals into operational frameworks.

• Monitor performance, measure the impact of processes, and continuously optimize for efficiency, quality, and team effectiveness.

• Act as a problem-solver and enabler, removing operational bottlenecks and supporting teams to perform at their best.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of building processes, teams, and organizational structures.

• Hands-on experience in process design, workflow optimization, and automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n).

• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools to monitor operations and support decision-making.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex processes into clear guidance for teams and facilitate cross-team collaboration.

• Ability to drive adoption of new processes, ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, comfortable identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing environment is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)
