For our Sales department, we are looking for a colleague who starts at the earliest possible date as:


Area Sales Manager

 

Your tasks: We make the difference together

  • In your daily business you will support existing and potential customer base in order to further develop the FRoSTA brand & gaining market share in Ukraine, be their primary and decisive point of contact and build strong business relationships.

  • You will ensure the timely and successful execution of FRoSTA strategy and respond to customer requests and needs to resolve all business related issues.

  • You will be involved in negotiation and definition of sales agreement with customers, in line with economic objectives, and supervision of the implementation of agreements will be in your hands.

  • You will be responsible for assortment and price management at customers level, and across FRoSTA organization will be of high importance while your management of the P&L targets, related promotional budgets and monitoring and analysis of customer's and competitor's trends.

  • Your daily duty will be to develop sales of FRoSTA products in different channels like wholesalers, retail networks, independent customers in two areas: Retail and Foodservice

  • Area of assignment: Ukraine

 

Your profile: We like what makes you stand out

  • You hold a university degree

  • You live in Ukraine

  • Knowledge of retail trade on Ukraine market, or wish to use existing experience and know-how to design the processes for this market

  • You show strong interest in modern sales, marketing,  food and sustainability issues.

  • Very good knowledge of English speaking and writing

  • High level of commitment and high motivation for success and achieving goals as well as a strong analytical mind

  • You are available for travelling

  • You show strong negotiation skills, your approach is results driven

  • You have very good communication skills and know how to develop relationship with customers

  • You are expert how to manage and motivate people and how to engage them to Your ideas
