Travel & Expense Specialist with German

Travel & Expense Team in Gdańsk supports Employees with travel expense reports controlling and payments in accordance to travel policies.

Your responsibilities:

• Processing employee claims accurately and in a timely manner
• Assuring claim compliance with policy and process
• Resolving employee queries with advising on use of expenses tool
• Handling e-mail communication with Employees in agreed countries within set timelines
• Take an active part in creating and keeping up to date process documentation
• Identifying process improvements initiatives and actively taking part in implementation
• Supporting Travel Expenses process
• Expense tool training for Employees

Your qualifications:

• >1 year of experience in Travel and Expense department
• Good understanding of travel expense process
• Understanding of legal and tax requirements relating to travel expenses nice to have
• Knowledge of Mobex or similar expense tool will be an advantage
• English and German allowing business communication
• Ability to understand Business Partner's needs
• Good team player, enhancing cross-team cooperation
• Detail oriented and well-organized
• Good command of Excel
• Knowledge of SAP will be an asset
