About The Role 

 We're looking for a Service Desk Agent with Hungarian. 

 

What You will be responsible for:

  • processing reports of technical problems as 1st Line Telephone Customer Service,
  • forwarding requests to other departments if no other solution is possible,
  • ensuring the quality of communication,
  • registering and analyzing reports,
  • suggesting improvements and optimizations.
  • diagnosing the problems and trying to solve them.

 

Our Requirements: 

  • fluency in English and Hungarian (at least B2),
  • familiarity with computer hardware construction,
  • knowledge of MS Windows 8/8.1/10. and MS Office 2013/2016/2019 package,
  • team-oriented attitude.
  • high-level communication skills.
