We are looking for an Experienced (Senior) Performance Marketing Specialist to lead and scale Solita Group (of which Future Mind is a part) performance marketing efforts across SEM, SEO, and display advertising channels. You will play a key role in driving customer acquisition and engagement across the B2B IT ecosystem, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results that align with business objectives. 


This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of managing high-performing campaigns that deliver results in a B2B setting.

Key Responsibilities:


Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and bid management to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize lead generation while maintaining a healthy cost-per-acquisition (CPA).


Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Design and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and attract high-intent traffic.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with Content & Offering team to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Create content frameworks and guidelines for optimized blog posts and landing pages.
  • Track and report on organic traffic, rankings, and performance against competitors.


Display Advertising:

  • Develop and manage display advertising campaigns, including retargeting and programmatic strategies, to support brand awareness and conversions.
  • Optimize creative assets, targeting parameters, and placements to improve engagement and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Experiment with various ad formats, channels, and technologies to identify the best approaches for reaching the right target groups.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B performance marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful SEM, SEO, and display advertising campaigns. 
  • Expertise in Google Ads and programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools like SEMrush.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and achieve KPIs.
  • Understanding of the IT industry and B2B buyer behavior.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot.
  • Strong project management skills and experience working cross-functionally.
