What You'll Be Driving:

  • Assist users in utilizing CRM tools such as segmentation, automation, customer journey builder, and tracking to support data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization. Provide timely support and guidance when issues or questions arise.

  • Help create user-friendly training materials, including guides, tutorials, and videos, to support CRM onboarding and ongoing education.

  • Support the preparation and delivery of internal training sessions and workshops to ensure effective use of CRM systems across teams.

  • Guide users through CRM system features to improve their confidence and efficiency in daily operations. 


What Makes You A GR8 Fit:

  • Solid understanding of user lifecycle concepts such as churn, retention, and re-engagement, along with experience in email marketing and user segmentation.

  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher).

  • Analytical mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

  • Familiarity with training practices and a willingness to support knowledge-sharing initiatives.
