As an Export Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing sales in international markets, building relationships with B2B clients, and actively acquiring new business partners. Your main task will be selling Komputronik’s full range of products (electronics, IT, RTV/AGD) to companies such as online stores, wholesalers, distributors, and IT integrators.

This role requires strong negotiation and sales skills, as well as a strategic approach to building long-term business partnerships. If you have experience in sales and working with international clients – great!

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively build an international B2B client base through cold calling, email campaigns, and other prospecting activities.

  • Sell Komputronik’s broad product portfolio (approx. 200,000 SKUs) — including consumer electronics, IT hardware, home appliances, and accessories.

  • Develop long-term relationships with acquired clients and adapt offers to their specific needs.

  • Participate in negotiations and support the deal-closing process.

  • Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities.

  • Regularly report on activities and results.

Our requirements

  • B2B sales experience — not necessarily in electronics or IT, but it must involve active selling, not just order handling or account maintenance.

  • Readiness to work with an extensive and diverse product range — if you’ve only sold a narrow selection of products, this role may be too challenging.

  • Hands-on experience in client acquisition (cold calling, prospecting, reaching out to decision-makers).

  • Good command of English (both spoken and written) for daily communication with international clients.

  • A proactive attitude — essential for winning new business and building strong relationships.

  • Flexibility and strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.

  • Ability to build long-term client relationships and tailor offers to individual needs.

  • Sales-driven mindset and experience working towards KPIs or targets.

  • Proficiency in Excel and strong self-management skills.

Optional

  • Experience in international sales.

  • Knowledge of the electronics, IT, or home appliance sector.

  • Fluency in an additional foreign language.
