Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for end to end recruitment process for Tech, Sales, Marketing and Administrative positions,
• Actively searching for candidates using various of channels and tools,
• Conducting interviews with candidates, verifying their competences and fit the company culture and the position,
• Maintaining and building the relationship with candidates, providing the feedback and supporting during the whole process,
• Preparing reports and statistics about the recruitment process,
• Supporting Employer Branding activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1,5 years od experience on the independent recruiter position,
• English language on a very good level (at least C1),
• Knowledge of the labour market, tools and sources of searching for candidates,
• Interest in the topic of recruitment, building great Candidate Experience, recruitment analytics and Employer Branding,
• Proactive and can-do attitude, responsibility and ownership.
