Sales Development Specialist – European Markets

Our partner is a leading European book printing company that helps publishers bring their titles to life. As the business continues to expand into new European markets, the sales team is growing rapidly. Today, the sales department brings together around 30 specialists from diverse nationalities and language backgrounds, and new team members are joining every month. 🤝

If you speak English fluently (min. B2), have a native-level proficiency (C2) of one of the languages listed below, have experience in sales, and are driven by a passion for building strong client relationships, then this opportunity is for you!

 

ENGLISH + NATIVE-LEVEL proficiency in: German | Czech | Portuguese | Spanish | French | Romanian | Swedish | Norwegian | Danish

Your key responsibilities:

  • Actively develop new business by reaching out to potential clients and showcasing the company’s value,

  • Support and engage with existing clients via phone and email, ensuring they always feel well taken care of,

  • Handle customer inquiries and guide clients through their order-related questions with clarity and professionalism,

  • Manage orders on a daily basis, ensuring smooth processing and timely coordination,

  • Spot new business opportunities and share insights that can help expand the company’s reach across European markets,

  • Prepare tailored quotes and product offers, matching clients' needs with the right solutions,

  • Manage customer expectations and build long-term, trusted relationships,

  • Represent the company at international book fairs, connecting with industry partners and discovering new prospects.

 

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sales, has excellent language skills, and a strong understanding of local European markets. If you are committed, proactive, and enjoy building relationships, you’ll fit right in!


Key qualifications and skills:

  • Native-level proficiency (C2) in one of the following languages: German | French | Portuguese | Spanish | Czech | Romanian | Swedish | Norwegian | Danish,

  • Very good in English (min. B2), with confident verbal and written communication,

  • Strong cultural insight into local European markets,

  • Previous experience in sales and client-facing roles,

  • Comfortable working with clients via phone, email, and online meetings,

  • Exceptional commitment and dedication to your work,

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients,

  • Results-oriented mindset, focused on achieving goals and delivering value.
