Responsibilities:
Updating and maintaining configurations in Coupa
Execution of key content and configuration activities in Coupa including:
- Ability to design & build different configurations within Coupa
- Ability to demonstrate to our stakeholders and S2P process owners how Coupa works
- Ability to articulate and demonstrate different configurations in Coupa, and understand the impact
- Keeping up to date with Coupa product release notes
- Communicating changes to internal stakeholders
- Advocate Coupa use cases across to the organisation
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ongoing System Integration Testing (SIT) across all Coupa releases and instances (Development/ Test/ Production)
Facilitate Role Assignment and maintenance of user access levels across the platform
Updating and maintaining Master Data in Coupa using data loads and manual updates
Perform weekly reporting of progress against the workstream trackers: configuration changes status, testing progress and issue resolution
Assist with troubleshooting issues that arise from Coupa users which may be related to data, processes, configuration and/ or integration
Support in the training activities Coupa Administration as part of the core strategy
Perform ad hoc tasks across the workstream – meeting management, plan review on a weekly basis, follow up on workstream actions and engagement with the relevant project and business stakeholders where required
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in using different modules of the Coupa platform
Understanding of the S2P process and technologies
Ability to translate and communicate core Coupa technical concepts to stakeholders and process owners
Strong data management skills using tools such as Excel, CSV
Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in the use and support of automation capabilities such as e-Invoicing and its user interfaces, supplier networks, payments and spend analytics if preferred
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow through with tasks with minimal supervision
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move towards a common vision or goal
Attention to detail, with a focus on quality output
Language skills - fluent English, working knowledge of French/Polish/Spanish/Portuguese/Romanian would be an asset
