Customer Service Back Office Specialist with French

For our growing financial department we are currently looking for Customer Service Back Office Specialist with French.

Your Responsibility: 

• Creation of customer orders/contracts in SAP systems ensuring compliance with organizational standards
• Maintenance of contracts details in cooperation with sales team
• Handling of contracts termination
• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from both contract and orders
• Technician’s time sheets administration
• Supporting conversion of purchase requisition to purchase order
• Close cooperation with sales, local customer service team and technicians

Your Skills and Expertise: 

• Knowledge of SAP
• Familiarity of SAP SD Sales and Distribution would be beneficial
• Good command of English and French (in both speaking and writing)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Organizational talent and ability to handle priorities
• Responsiveness, methodical thinking, openness and willpower
• Technical/automotive knowledge is a plus
