For our growing financial department we are currently looking for Customer Service Back Office Specialist with French.

- Creation of customer orders/contracts in SAP systems ensuring compliance with organizational standards
- Maintenance of contracts details in cooperation with sales team
- Handling of contracts termination
- Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from both contract and orders
- Technician’s time sheets administration
- Supporting conversion of purchase requisition to purchase order
- Close cooperation with sales, local customer service team and technicians
- Knowledge of SAP
- Familiarity of SAP SD Sales and Distribution would be beneficial
- Good command of English and French (in both speaking and writing)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Organizational talent and ability to handle priorities
- Responsiveness, methodical thinking, openness and willpower
- Technical/automotive knowledge is a plus
