Your role
As a Group HR Data & Analytics Lead, you will play a key role in shaping how data drives decision-making across the KRUK Group. You will own and develop the People Analytics area at a Group level, from advanced analytics and predictive insights to executive-level reporting for the Management Board and Supervisory Board.
This is a highly visible and impactful role, combining strategic thinking, hands-on analytics, and cross-market collaboration.
Your responsibilities
Strategic analytics & insights
Lead advanced analysis of HR data across the entire KRUK Group (PL, RO, ES, IT, FR)
Translate complex data into clear business insights, trends and actionable recommendations for top management
Build predictive models and scenario analyses (e.g. workforce trends, retention, cost evolution)
Identify risks and opportunities based on data and proactively propose actions
Executive & Group-level reporting
Own end-to-end Group HR reporting (cyclical and ad hoc)
Prepare high-quality materials for Management Boar, Supervisory Board, Group-level stakeholders
Ensure consistency and comparability of HR metrics across countries
Support ESG / ESRS reporting (S1 metrics and beyond)
Ownership of HR analytics domain
Take ownership of the People Analytics function within Group HR
Define standards, KPIs and data governance for HR reporting across markets
Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across systems and countries
Build and evolve Group HR dashboards and data products
Compensation & Benefits analytics
Lead and develop analytics in the Compensation & Benefits area
Analyze salary structures, cost dynamics and internal/external benchmarks
Support decision-making on remuneration strategies at Group level
Transformation & development of the analytics area
Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting and analytics processes
Implement new tools, methodologies and data models in HR analytics
Support global HR projects (e.g. data standardization, cross-market initiatives)
Contribute to building a modern, data-driven HR function
Cross-market collaboration
Work closely with HR teams and business across all KRUK markets
Build strong relationships and align data standards and reporting practices
Act as a trusted partner for HR and business leaders
Our expectations
Experience & background
5–8+ years of experience in HR data analytics / People Analytics / Reporting
Experience in working in a complex / international / matrix organization
Experience in preparing analyses for top management / executive stakeholders
Experience in transformation projects or building analytics/reporting functions
People management experience (or readiness to step into leadership)
Technical skills
Advanced Excel (must-have)
Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools
Experience in data modeling, automation and working with multiple data sources
Business & analytical mindset
Ability to combine data analysis with business understanding
Strong storytelling skills – turning data into clear recommendations
High level of ownership, independence and accountability
Courage to challenge status quo and propose new solutions
Other requirements
Fluent English (C1) – daily work in international environment
Strong collaboration skills across functions (HR, Finance, IT, Business)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High level of integrity and responsibility when working with sensitive data
