About Us

We are an international organization undergoing a major transformation program. As part of this initiative, we are planning the transition of an entire site, including HR, Finance, and Payroll functions. To ensure a smooth and successful change, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who will take ownership of the change strategy and execution across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage change activities related to the transition of an entire site, covering HR, Finance, and Payroll functions

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for complex, cross-functional transformation

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis across multiple business units and geographies

  • Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to different audiences

  • Work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and functional heads

  • Identify change risks, resistance, and operational impacts, and implement mitigation actions

  • Monitor adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change initiatives

  • Act as a key liaison between local teams and UK-based stakeholders

  • Travel regularly to the UK as part of business requirements to support transition activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Change Management, ideally in large-scale transformation or site transition projects

  • Proven experience managing organizational change across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Payroll

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)

  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills

  • Ability to operate in a complex, fast-changing environment

  • Willingness and availability to travel regularly to the UK

  • English proficiency at minimum [C1] level

Nice to Have

  • Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)

  • Experience in shared services, site migration, or operating model transformation

  • Knowledge of payroll or financial processes

  • Experience working in a global organization
