Business travel: Regular travel to the UK
About Us
We are an international organization undergoing a major transformation program. As part of this initiative, we are planning the transition of an entire site, including HR, Finance, and Payroll functions. To ensure a smooth and successful change, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager who will take ownership of the change strategy and execution across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage change activities related to the transition of an entire site, covering HR, Finance, and Payroll functions
Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for complex, cross-functional transformation
Conduct stakeholder analysis across multiple business units and geographies
Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to different audiences
Work closely with senior leadership, project managers, and functional heads
Identify change risks, resistance, and operational impacts, and implement mitigation actions
Monitor adoption, readiness, and effectiveness of change initiatives
Act as a key liaison between local teams and UK-based stakeholders
Travel regularly to the UK as part of business requirements to support transition activities
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in Change Management, ideally in large-scale transformation or site transition projects
Proven experience managing organizational change across corporate functions such as HR, Finance, and Payroll
Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter)
Experience working with senior stakeholders and international teams
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills
Ability to operate in a complex, fast-changing environment
Willingness and availability to travel regularly to the UK
English proficiency at minimum [C1] level
Nice to Have
Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci)
Experience in shared services, site migration, or operating model transformation
Knowledge of payroll or financial processes
Experience working in a global organization
