Lead Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to lead recruitment efforts and support the growth of our team in Warsaw. Join us in shaping the future , driving talent acquisition, and creating an engaging workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent.
• Build strong relationships with employees and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and company goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including office management and coordination with HQ.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR leadership roles within IT companies.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and Polish labor laws.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Fluency in English.
