Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and integrate top talent.
- Build strong relationships with employees and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and company goals.
- Manage day-to-day operations, including office management and coordination with HQ.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or HR leadership roles within IT companies.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Polish labor laws.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Fluency in English.
