We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support the optimization and enhancement of core HR processes. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to assess current usage, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective adoption of Workday functionalities across the organization.

User adoption and enablement across roles and regions.
Process optimization and readiness for automation.
Data quality management and reporting.
Expected Deliverables
Gather business feedback on recurring challenges (initiative to be driven by consultants).
Assess current usage of Workday functionalities versus available features.
Identify quick wins, such as retraining in underutilized areas or improvements through local configuration changes.
Recommend further enhancements, including configuration adjustments or new configuration requests (CRs).
Suggest potential complementary systems that could address specific business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to validate findings and ensure recommendations align with real-world operations and user experience.
