We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant to support the optimization and enhancement of core HR processes. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to assess current usage, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure effective adoption of Workday functionalities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize core HCM functionalities, including organizational structure, role and security design, and compensation planning.
Assess integration landscape and data flows to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Support user enablement and adoption across different roles and geographies.
Drive process simplification, automation readiness, and data quality improvements.
Gather feedback from business stakeholders on recurring issues and identify actionable solutions.
Evaluate current functionality usage vs. available features to identify quick wins (e.g., retraining, configuration improvements).
Recommend system upgrades, configuration changes, or ancillary tools to address business needs.
Align findings and recommendations with operational reality through engagement with representative stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Workday HCM implementation and optimization.
Strong knowledge of core HCM processes (organization design, security, compensation).
Understanding of system integrations and downstream data flows.
Experience with process analysis, configuration, and system improvements.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
