For Linklaters Service Delivery Centre Warsaw, we are currently recruiting for the Revenue Team Leader with English.
About the team
As Revenue Team Leader you will lead a team of around 15 revenue professionals. You will coordinate and allocate work, ensure high-quality delivery in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs), and oversee revenue services for multiple offices within a matrix organization. You will also deliver actionable insights, monitor the revenue lifecycle, enhance team capabilities, and enforce revenue-related policies. Strong leadership in complex environments and a focus on continuous improvement are essential for this role.
As Revenue Team Leader you will take part in knowledge transfer and transition of the process from UK. Your role will include:
Management of the Revenue Team
Lead, motivate, and support a team of revenue professionals, ensuring accurate transaction processing and team effectiveness,
Drive knowledge sharing and process improvements, maintaining service quality during any transitions,
Foster a culture of high performance, client focus, and continuous improvement, setting clear goals and ensuring robust process documentation,
Champion professional development, from hiring and onboarding through ongoing training and mentoring,
Act as a point of contact for people matters, ensuring open feedback, high engagement and alignment with Linklaters’ values.
Delivery of Revenue Services
Oversee all stages of the revenue lifecycle, including billing, credit control, cash allocation, and reporting,
Ensure achievement of cash and billing targets and compliance with relevant regulations and controls,
Drive standardization and automation of revenue processes, collaborating closely with internal finance and technology teams,
Act as a local expert in electronic billing, promoting best practices and process enhancements across teams.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main contact for local revenue leadership and business managers,
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding and aligning with their evolving needs,
Deliver reliable, transparent communication, regularly sharing updates, progress, and changes,
Gather and act on feedback to ensure continuous improvement and stakeholder satisfaction.
Apply if you:
Offer 4 to 6 years of leadership experience gained in international, dynamic workplaces—preferably in the legal sector,
Have a successful track record leading revenue teams and managing projects in global matrix organizations,
Bring experience in building Order-to-Cash (OTC) teams, ideally within Global Business Services and professional services environments,
Have experience in OTC (Order-to-Cash) or billing processes and have supported finance transformation projects,
Communicate fluently in English, and confidently engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels,
Hold a degree in accounting or a related field; ACCA or CIMA qualifications are highly valued,
Are proficient in SAP and advanced Excel,
Excel in developing expertise in others, fostering best practice, and applying commercial judgement,
Are detail-oriented, able to deliver under pressure, and committed to building a strong, collaborative team culture,
Demonstrate a client-centric approach and a drive for measurable results.
Location
Warsaw - hybrid model (two days per week at the office), it may require additional presence as per business needs
Business trip to UK is required from time to time (around 15%)
