Madiff is an IT & Technology Consulting firm, specializing in software engineering and outsourcing since 2015. We deliver innovative solutions to major industries, including telecom, defense, and finance.

We are looking for a Junior Business Manager to join our team and support our business development efforts in the IT sector.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Active lead generation and identifying potential clients (local and international) within the IT sector.

  • Reaching out to prospects and initiating first business contacts.

  • Supporting the recruitment department in finding technical talent for current projects.

  • Maintaining the CRM system and ensuring all contact data is up to date.

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.

  • Assisting in the preparation of business offers and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English

  • Strong motivation to work in sales and business development within the IT industry.

  • Proactive attitude and high level of determination in reaching targets.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Any previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is an advantage.
