Duties:

• Definition of warehouse processes and conception of the mapping in the warehouse management system

• Execution and documentation of business tests and parameterization of IT systems

• Identification of optimization potentials in the warehouse management system

• Formulation and cross-departmental coordination of IT requirements and specifications in the warehouse management environment

• Interface between operational warehouse logistics and IT department

• Planning and implementation of user training courses at the warehouse locations

• Contact person for key users

Requirements:

• Completed studies in business administration, economics or computer science or comparable qualification

• Safe handling of common WMS systems, ideally with Microsoft applications

• Confident handling of MS Office applications, especially Excel, Powerpoint and Access

• Visual Basic for Application knowledge of advantage & experience in IT project management

• Good knowledge of spoken and written English

• Good German knowledge of spoken and written is welcome
