Payroll Specialist
Tasks:
Manage payroll process for several countries in EMEA in an in-house payroll processing or outsourced to local vendor
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations related to payroll processing
Maintain employee records, including attendance, absences, and salary adjustments
Collaborate with HR and finance departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries
Prepare and submit payroll reports and documentation as required by management and authorities
Assist in the implementation of payroll system updates and process improvements
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in payroll processing or related financial functions
Strong knowledge of labor law, tax regulations, and social security contributions
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
