Job offer for the position of Procurement Manager in a global company in the medical industry.

Job Tasks:

• Conducts market and internal analysis

• Develops strategic and tactical sourcing plans for IT services and products and implements sourcing strategies – leveraging spend and category know-how

• Manages negotiates with suppliers to meet stakeholder requirements (IT services)

• Leads procurement – related projects – delivering and executing

• Translates sourcing outcomes into content and automated purchasing channels

• Automates procurement processes to enhance efficiency

• Improves business adoption and user satisfaction with procurement solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement with business needs

Requirements:

• You have 5+ years procurement experience in strategic sourcing, category strategy building and strategic project execution with general contracting understanding and proficiency or relevant related commodity experience

• You possess knowledge and experience in the IT Services commodity area and awareness of adjacent commodities

• You hold a university degree, preferably in business or a related discipline

• You are a curious, active listener and willing to experiment and test new ideas when appropriate, with the focus very much on continuous learning and improvement

• You are open-minded and inclusive, generously sharing ideas and knowledge, while being receptive to ideas and feedback from others

• You are fluent in English to a Business level
