Job Description

As a SAP FICO Specialist, you will act as a critical link between SAP technical capabilities and business needs, ensuring processes are streamlined and optimised for maximum efficiency. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Conducting detailed analyses of business processes to align SAP configurations with organisational requirements.
• Identifying and advising on system and process optimisation opportunities for enhanced efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborating with IT teams to implement technical solutions and address system challenges.
• Partnering with Global Process Owners (GPOs) to integrate changes into standardised processes.
• Providing end-user training and maintaining documentation to support SAP processes.
• Staying updated on SAP advancements to recommend and implement innovative solutions.

The Successful Applicant

• Relevant experience as an SAP FICO Business Analyst in a similar industry - ideal in financial SSC / GBS.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and integration with SAP modules.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Advanced project management and leadership capabilities.
