Head of Sales in NATEK is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving business growth efforts on NATEK Group level by ensuring alignment and performance of sales teams across four countries.
HoS will plan and lead the global sales strategy, identify opportunities to increase and optimise the sales pipeline, process and efficiency. In close cooperation with Country Managers, HoS will exert strong dotted-line leadership, ensuring regional sales goals and initiatives align with the company’s global objectives.
HoS drives the business growth towards territory, market and service segmentation, accelerates the revenue and profitability, margin included. The role implies also to develop client prospection, services offer, pre-sales focused on new business development aligned with company strategy.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep sales and management experience, must have a proven track record in sales process, international sales projects and dealing with procurement.
On this position you will have real impact on the strategy of successful IT outsourcing company. You will enjoy working on international level, but in a flat, non-corporate structure (reporting directly to CEO).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales, profitability and gross margin growth
New Business Development
Quality and Reporting
SALES STRATEGY
Collaborate with executive leadership to build annual sales efficiency towards business plan
Analyse sales performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth, ensuring consistent sales methodologies and CRM practices across markets
Improve range of sales performance measurements from prospecting to invoicing
Monitor and execute sales performance indicators by developing annual expected sales volume and profit for new service offers
Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and performance oversight to local teams in 4 countries: PL, SK, CZ, BG
Foster cross-country collaboration, knowledge sharing, and adoption of global best practices.
Support regional teams with key account strategy, proposal development, and high-stakes negotiations
Embody company culture and maintain high sales team members engagement
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Direct management of prospection pipeline
Plan and execute prospection team activities accordingly to the company strategy
Execute a global business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients in target industries territories and service lines
Identify emerging markets, customer needs, and new business models to drive expansion
Collaborate closely with marketing to align campaigns with business development objectives
QUALITY, REPORTING
Direct reporting to CEO
Maintain control over audited procedures to ensure compliance; if weaknesses are identified, reports them to the Quality department
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
Ensure development and adherence to sales process
Prepare forecasts including revenue and sales growth forecasting, gross margin
REQUIREMENTS:
MA/MS degree with 10+ years of experience in IT Sales and people management
Proven track record of winning large international deals and corporate clients
Experience managing international sales teams in a matrix or dotted-line structure
Strong leadership, supervisory skills and ability to motivate people
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms
Must be able to travel to branch locations for business related matters
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Positive, enthusiastic, problem solving, creative
Fluency in English, other language as French or German is a plus
